For our final Enviro session for the term, we started preparing the kai for the Mihi Whakatau on Friday.
We picked rhubarb from the veggie garden to make rhubarb juice, and cut up the last pumpkin fro last summers crop to cook, ready to make pumkin scones.

Seeing we have at long last had some sunny weather, the Enviro team went on a scavenger hunt!
We set off in teams armed with an iPad, a bucket to pick up any rubbish we saw on the way, and a bag to gather any sticks, leaves, rocks and flowers that we find on the ground on the way.

A new driveway was put in over the holidays leaving a dust bed beside it where kids were playing and the dirt was blocking the drain.
We mosaiced some pavers, then weeded, swept planted and watered.
